What client certificate to load with SSL Manager?

Hi,

I am trying to create HTTP Request Sampler of Protocol HTTPS to access
SSL site with self-signed certificate.  What client certificate should I
load with SSL Manager? 

I will appreciate it very much if any one can help me.
