Rate Limiting Internet Traffic

Hello ACS Community,

I have received an interesting request, a Customer wants to rate limit their Internet/VPN Traffic, this ties hand in hand with also needing to guarantee bandwidth. Is there a mechanism to do this? Customers are willing to pay for this service and it will also allow us to manage Cloud Bandwidth

I would assume that it could be done on the VR, any ideas?

Network Throttling is supported in CS.
http://cloudstack.apache.org/docs/en-US/Apache_CloudStack/4.1.1/html/Admin_Guide/network-rate.html

You can have an upper limit on public traffic via VR. But that does not guarantee minimum bandwidth.
