This merged cleanly into the version of BooleanQuery.java in my working copy
which is on the DisjunctionScorer 'branch':
http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=31785
The BooleanQuery.java file there is now outdated.
When the merged version is needed please holler.
