Storm and HBase slider app packages have different 'urls' when deployed. 

Storm package uses "app.jmx", "app.monitor", "app.metrics". 
HBase package uses "org.apache.slider.jmx", "org.apache.slider.monitor", "app.metrics". 

All packages should have a constant key for the URLs - preferably "org.apache.slider.jmx", "org.apache.slider.monitor", "org.apache.slider.metrics". Slider view has made changes to use these keys.
