Couple of more thoughts...

This concept is really just perspective... a guru will tend to see a JVM as a interpreter and
be thinking about JIT and opt as all the rest.

But if you step back and look at it... its an installer as well.
The Java application is the "apt-get" dependency rules ... the actual structure of the application is
one big installer rule base.... and what the JVM also is, is an installer... already, naturally, its been
trying to show us all along ;) Its screaming... hey look, I interpret, but dude I also install ;)

If you see that... you there already.

Then the other thing... as an installer it in no ways effects basic Java standards, you not messing
with the langauge... so a long winded Java spec process is no required... at most the actual above
HTTP protocols used ... need to become a web standard so servers can be standardised.
So, dont wait, prototype and then submit the standard... I dont think there are any other projects sitting
with a open source JVM, so you are the first.

Then finally, I'm playing catch up here, its probably going to take me a month to get the JVM moved
to an IDE dev environment... dont wait for me... just do the thing, create a SVN fork now, before someone
else does.... ie give programmers a place to go to work on this, dont make them start their own project.
