svn:ignore and Icon\015 on OS X
This is probably a stupid question but I haven't been able to get it to
work. I want svn to ignore the 'Icon\015' files (contains some icon
stuff) on OS X but I can't figure out how do this ... I'm probably
making something wrong when adding it to svn:ignore.
Can someone help me out and tell me how to do it?

Well, but CR, LF and CRLF are normalized to LF and then converted to the
platforms line encing convention when the property is shown. This applies
to all svn: proerties, as well as that they're converted to UTF8
internally.

Well, that's probably my problem, I can't figure out a way of getting
subversion to understand this (I've been lazy before and used a GUI
client which has hidden this for me, but for various reasons I want to
use it without GUI client for awhile), I've looked around but I can't
find the correct syntax.
I've tried things like:
svn propset svn:ignore Icon\015 .
but obviously this isn't correct. So any help here is much appriciated.

True, but the trailing character for "Icon\r" files is a carriage
return, not a newline. What did you put in your svn:ignore file?

This is not a stupid question at all:-)

It can't be done, since svn:ignore can't contain newlines. Adding Icon?
might do it, but it will ingore all files named Icon followed by exactly
one character. That might be acceptable.
The truth is that svn disallows newlines in filenames, so it is good that
you don't actually *want* these in the repository:-)
