Cellar discovery via DNS SRV records

Hi,

In my path to learn Karaf Cellar, I've implemented a node discovery
back-end based on DNS SRV record and I've created a JIRA and a PR

- https://github.com/apache/karaf-cellar/pull/21

I can provide an etcd and consul back-end if there is interest.
