def replace_by_index(source, indices, values)
{code}
array(k) --> array of size k, M <= N
||source||indices||values||output||
|array(N)|array(M)|array(M)|array(N)|
|array(N)|array(M)| scalar|array(N)|
|array(N)|scalar|scalar|array(N)|
That covers all the cases IMO. WDYT?
