   > Changes look fine. Don't have the chance to thoroughly test. If the user 'forces' the shutdown, does it still hang while trying to shut down, or does it fully shut down now? Are there any ramifications to shutting down the last server that should be detailed before a user attempts to do it?

It doesn't hang, when you shut down all servers, it will just not shut down the last server. I tested with the `force` option but it doesn't work. I think there is a bug in the Admin Utility. I am going to merge this and then do a follow up.
