test: cite GROOVY-12091 for the bounded generic trait workaround

GROOVY-12091 (open) tracks the Groovy 5 regression where a bounded generic
trait property setter stays abstract in the implementing class. Reference the
ticket in the existing comment above the TestTrait workaround in
ClassPropertyFetcherTests so the unbounded `<T>` form is traceable upstream.
