Reproduce steps:
* Use Triple protocol in both consumer and provider,
* The provider works with `-Ddubbo.application.register-mode=instance`
* The consumer works with `-Ddubbo.application.service-discovery.migration=FORCE_APPLICATION`
Above test case will throw following errors:
