[I] Polaris build not working on Windows [polaris]

chandransuraj opened a new issue, #1183:
URL: https://github.com/apache/polaris/issues/1183

   ### Describe the bug

   I believe after the "CODE_COPIED_TO_POLARIS" change the build has stopped working on Windows.
   I get the following error:
   **The following 1 files have the CODE_COPIED_TO_POLARIS marker but are not mentioned in LICENSE, add those in an appropriate section.

   * spec\polaris-catalog-apis\oauth-tokens-api.yaml**

   The "oauth-tokens-api.yaml" file is indeed mentioned in the LICENSE file, but in windows the path has back slashes and hence it doesent match.

   Is the build not intended to work on Windows anymore?

   Thanks for the report. Let me fix the path to work both on Unix and windows.
   The purpose of this gradle section is to assist developers to populate LICENSE file when a code is copied from another project.
