[I] Normalize configured API base URLs [rocketmq-dashboard]

yuluo-yx opened a new issue, #2480:
URL: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/issues/2480

   ## Problem

The compile-time VITE_API_BASE_URL value only removes one trailing slash and is not trimmed. Deployment systems that inject surrounding whitespace or repeated trailing slashes therefore produce a malformed Axios baseURL shared by every API request.

   ## Expected behavior

Normalize the optional build-time value by trimming whitespace, falling back to /api for blank input, and removing all trailing slashes while preserving the existing empty-string representation for an explicit same-origin root.

   ## Verification

Add table-driven configuration tests for blank values, relative and absolute URLs, surrounding whitespace, repeated trailing slashes, and root overrides.

   **Issue Evaluation**

   Category: `bug` | Status: **Confirmed**

The reported issue is valid. The `VITE_API_BASE_URL` compile-time value indeed only strips a single trailing slash and does not trim whitespace, which can produce a malformed Axios `baseURL` when deployment systems inject surrounding whitespace or repeated slashes.

**Root Cause:** Incomplete URL normalization in the Vite build configuration — `replace(/\/$/, "")` only removes one trailing slash.
**Impact:** All API requests may use a malformed base URL in certain deployment environments.
**Severity:** Medium — affects deployment flexibility, not core functionality.
