PCX/TIF import filters not loaded

Hi,

since OO 3.2 the pcx/tiff/xxx import filters are no longer working. 
While everything in filter project is compiled and built, it seems 
that I miss some kind of configuration file.

Debugger shows that IPX (pcx handler) is even not loaded when a file 
is selected for preview or importing: AOO opens a dialog box telling 
'Graphic filter not found'

ideas?
