   Reviewed this code and it matches what is being done in TabletServer.announceExistence() which creates a node containing the servers Thrift client address and then attempts to get a lock at the same path with a Watcher that will Halt the process if the node is deleted or the ZooKeeper communication is interrupted. I think this is correct.
