Problem with collection operations in 6.4.1?

After three hours, I’m still getting this from an async collection delete request.

16 node cluster, 4 shards, 4 replicas, 14.7 million documents. Also, shutting down a node times out after three minutes and needs a kill. And collection reload times out after three minutes.

Did not have this problem with 6.2.1.
