[jira] [Updated] (DLAB-5) [AWS]: Flexible disk size for instances

Vira Vitanska updated DLAB-5:
-----------------------------
    Description:
As a user I want to choose volume type, size, lops during Notebook/computational resource creation or change the parameters of already existed Notebook so that I can add more space by necessary on AWS.

*Acceptance criteria:*
 # during creation Notebook/computational resource it should be 3 drop down list, from which user can choose values of volume type, size, lops
 # in case of existed Notebook/computational resource it should be 'Volume' button on action menu. If user click  'Volume' button a new 'Volume' popup open and user can see volume type, size, lops of current Notebook/computational resource and change  values

_*** Investigate how to move to Amazon EFS._

----
Also it was mentioned to give dlab-user access to opt. For now only root has access.
-----
Issue is connected with small size of root disk for notebook. Maybe to implement adding extra new disks pointed their size and mounting place.
