[HEADS-UP] ActiveMQ Artemis 2.18.0 Release this Thursday or Friday

After merged https://github.com/apache/activemq-artemis/pull/3633 (the
DR work I have been stalling for a few months), I can finally do a
release now :)


I plan to finish merging other PRs and do a release this Thursday or
Friday (whenever the other PRs are merged).


Please let me know if anyone has any objections. (with a big reason
against it please as we have been delaying for quite a while now)
