The qdstat tool (and the management schema for Dispatch) should be enhanced such that admins can trace address usage (links) to connections/hosts/users.  Specifically:
 - Provide source and target information for links
 - Identify the connection associated with links
 - Investigate providing remote pid/process information in connections (like qpidd)
