[jira] [Closed] (AIRAVATA-1902) PGA Project should have restrictions when naming. Project name is used to create the directories in storage.

Tested and verified in
https://dev.seagrid.org

Projects can be created with any special character on it. Tested creating and updating projects with sharing. Used these projects and launched experiments as well
