The documentation for the <FileList> element says:

   Nested Element: file

   This represents a file name. The nested element allows filenames 
   containing white space and commas. 

   Since ant 1.7

Since this is the 1.6.5 release of Ant, that's obviously not right.  I don't 
know how long <FileList><file/></FileList> has been available, but it goes back 
to at least 1.6.5 :-)
