CVS2SVN now in RPMs

I've now got the SWIG bindings working and the cvs2svn(.py) script 
working in my RPMs(!).

I'm now in the process of trying to convert several CVS repositories to 
see how well cvs2svn works.  So far so good!  

I'll robably have some questions in a few days after I see how everything 
works.
