Karaf 4.0.0 + Pax Web 4.1.0
Hi,
as Pax Web 4.1.0 is feature-complete right now I was trying upgrading Karaf
4 with it. (KARAF-3473, [1]
Now the Jolokia Feature doesn't pass the validation phase.
I'm not sure what's wrong cause this. As it obviously seems to pass with a
couple of warnings still it is failing.

Hi JB,
I think I found it.
The Webconsole needs to widen the version range.
I did that and now I get passed that point.
