Can you verify that [~rajesh.balamohan]? The original test report in [HADOOP-14478] ignored some of tests, and these two may have been ignored? See https://github.com/apache/hadoop/blob/trunk/hadoop-tools/hadoop-azure/src/site/markdown/index.md#testing-the-hadoop-azure-module for enabling more tests.
