[Doc] 2.8.2 doc set is available

Hi Pulsarers,

Pulsar is moving fast to the next milestone (2.9.0) with several minor releases (2.8.1 & 2.8.2).

Now we have doc requirements for 2.8.2, so we’ve generated the doc set for 2.8.2.
Here is a gentle reminder:

  *   If you need to update 2.8.2 docs, please go here<https://github.com/apache/pulsar/tree/master/site2/website/versioned_docs/version-2.8.2>.
  *   When updating docs, except master, please consider whether the changes suitable for other doc versions. If yes, please update docs here<https://github.com/apache/pulsar/tree/master/site2/website/versioned_docs>.
