In the requirements section of the documentation to use Apache with Novell 
Netware, it states that you need Service Pack 7.0 or later for Novell Netware 
5.0.

There is no Service Pack 7.0.   The last major service pack for Netware 5.0 is 
Service Pack 6a.  This can be verified here:
http://support.novell.com/produpdate/patchlist.html#nw

and since Netware 5.0 is End-of-Life, they will not be releasing another 
service pack for it.
