Daniel Gruno resolved INFRA-8030.
---------------------------------
Resolution: Not a Problem
You are already an administrator of the curator project with the account you are using right now. You should be able to solve any issues yourself.

> I've recently joined the Curator project as a committer, and I've been having issues with permissions in JIRA. I don't seem to be able to create new versions. I'm wondering if this is because I already had an account with issues.apache.org with the username cammckenzie, which is the same username as my apache name?
> I presume that I'm still logging in as my non-committer user rather than my comitter user.
