[jira] [Resolved] (FELIX-3168) Add support for new PASSWORD attribute type of Metatype service

Felix Meschberger resolved FELIX-3168.
--------------------------------------

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: webconsole-3.2.0
         Assignee: Felix Meschberger

Implemented support for password data in Rev. 1215509

An HTML Password input field is used in either of the following cases:
  - The attribute definition defines the attribute type 12 (which is PASSWORD
    in the 1.2 MetaType Specification)
  - The attribute's name contains the word "password" (case-insensitive)

Also the actual property value is not transmitted. Instead a placeholder value is used.

> OSGi Residential Specification 4.3 includes an update to the Metatype service supporting a new attribute type PASSWORD.
> The WebConsole configuration admin page must be extended to support this new attribute type with an appropriate input field (probably password and not maybe even not transferring the actual configuration value to the client ...)
