Latest plugins don't include license files

Hi,

I've just committed the changes to plugin-parent/maven.xml so it's now
fixed, but latest plugins should be released again (the ones that extended
plugin-parent when they were released I think)

Be sure to update plugin-parent as the release system only checks the
current project and not its superprojects.
