updated tomcat howto

these changes

1) documentation.tar - changes from this A.M.
2) tomcatHowTo.tar - contains tomcat.xml and difflog for
   fixed linux references (and new section placeholder
   for server.xml stuff)

Hi Joan,

Thanks for the fixes.  I've just committed them into the repository and 
will try to release the new website.  I can't promise anything but I'll try.

Little detail for the next time: just send the patch untarred:
- it's easier to comment with a simple reply-to if someone has anything 
to say about it
- it's easier to handle (no need to untar the archive)
