Request for Advice

Dear Fineractors,

Hope everybody is doing well.

I am a project manage from Afghanistan. I am currently managing a
smart-grid project in a national level. In this project, we need a bill
payment solution for clients, who might have one or many smart-meters.
After studying some open-source solutions, I reached to the point that I
might be able to use Fineract for our bill payment module (with some
customization) . I personally like to hear advises and any better solutions
from you. It is your great kindness to help us.

At national level are two words with high impact for any reader. But it is not the same for China vs Guatemala, because the number of users and technical restrictions. 

I will suggest to have a clear use cases:

In our case we have go for Fineract CN doing changes at the database, messaging and orchestration levels. 

The team must have strong functional skills, no matter if they are the tech people. 

At PM you have to deal with objectives and defining the success level. 

We have to deal with local policies, regulations, laws that must be addressed with technology to avoid any impact, so our legal team works very close with us. 

Those are few advices.
