svn 1.2 rpm upgrade conflicts w/ db42 on RHEL3

I've got an RHEL3 server running svn 1.1.3 installed from the summersoft
RPMs:

> rpm -qa | grep subversion
subversion-1.1.3-1
subversion-python-1.1.3-1
subversion-tools-1.1.3-1
subversion-server-1.1.3-1
subversion-perl-1.1.3-1

it's working well, but I'd like to upgrade to 1.2.

I downloaded the complete set of rpms from summersoft, but when run a
test to see if they will install, I get:

 db42 conflicts with subversion-1.2.0-1

I looked at what db42 I have installed:

> rpm -q -i db42-4.2.52-0.1
Name : db42 Relocations: (not relocatable)

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
