Using soapclient inside Java code - wsdm client

Hello,


I heard that there was an wsdm client that makes possible to execute
operations such "set" and "get" inside Java code, without needing to use ant
tool.

How this works? where can I find?

I just need a simple program (text mode) to do some set or get inside  java
code.
