           Summary: When there are Multiple Thread Groups, only the 1st
                    Thread Group's specified Loop Count is completed, all
                    other Thread Groups do not Loop as specified.
           Product: JMeter
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Main
        AssignedTo: jmeter-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: daniel.fleischer@active-endpoints.com

I have 3 Thread Groups in my test with the following values:
Thread Group 1 - 10 Threads, Loop 100;
Thread Group 2 - 25 Threads, Loop 100;
Thread Group 3 - 50 Threads, Loop 100.

When I start the test, the first Thread Group runs properly and completes 100
Loops. However, the next 2 Thread Groups only run 1 time, they do not Loop.
