This doesn't change my plans, but don't plan on paying anything for hotel
for me. I live within an hour's drive and won't need the accommodations.
That money should go to help somebody else attend.

I confirm that I will be there to deliver the talk on Nutch - I'd like
to adjust the title and synopsis of the talk a bit, though.
I need to stay at the hotel.

OK, here's the deal on costs:
Speaker is responsible for:
1. Airfare/Travel
ApacheCon is responsible for:
1. Conference fee
2. 2 nights in hotel
If this changes anyone's plans, please let us know by Saturday, per
the deadline.

Related question...
I know the deadline for finalizing the speaker's list is eminent, but does
anyone know what the deadline is for tweaking session titles/abstracts?
Given that we have a genuine Lucene "track" this year, and an intro talk
that will spend 5 minutes telling people about each project, I'd like to
alter my OOTB proposal to be more focused on the "trial by fire" demo part
(previously at the end) and less on the "what is solr" part -- becuase at
this stage in Solr's evolution i'm less concerned baout people wandering
into the session with no idea what Solr is. But i haven't had time to
really think it through to figure out what the new abstract should be, so
i'm wondering how longi have to figure it out before i'm stuck with what
was on the CFP (because of printed schedules, etc...)

I confirm I'm coming and that I'd like to give the talk below.
Alternatively we could also split the talk up into two separate talks
"Lucene Basics" and "New Features in Lucene and Advanced Indexing
Techniques".
