Copying lists of files

I'd like to be able to include/exclude files from operations based on
their being listed in a file.  The simplest way to do this would, at
first glance, appear to be modifying MatchingTask to have two more
attributes: includesFile and excludesFile.  After that, simply treat
each line of the file as a NameEntry, to be passed to
create{In|Ex}clude(), respectively.  Unless someone can tell me why
this is a heinous crime, you can expect a patch in the next few days.
