A good start would be to look at the jibx proposal that was sent to this list
earlier this week:

That can provide a brief outline of stuff that is needed.

I'm a first-year Ph.D student in Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences. My major is Computer Software and Theory.
I'm interested in Web Service and want to work on this idea for GSoC2010.
