I was unable to find an elegant method to stop NiFi on windows.

After a search it was suggested to change run nifi.bat thus making it a stopping function.

I succesfully tested this (Actually making a copy called stop nifi.bat), so I guess we would either want to add a file called stop nifi, or parameterize the run-nifi to accept a stopping parameter.

The only reason I did not create anything to fix this is because there may already be a way to do this, so I will leave this idea open for a bit before picking it up.
