The documentation contains the reference of the ISAM file at
http://accumulo.apache.org/1.6/accumulo_user_manual.html#_tablet_server

"When the MemTable reaches a certain size the TabletServer writes out the sorted key-value pairs to a file in HDFS called Indexed Sequential Access Method (ISAM) file."
We should make it consistent with the naming conventions in the code, it should be RFile i.e Relative key File.

The above quoted statement from the docs should be updated as 

"When the MemTable reaches a certain size the TabletServer writes out the sorted key-value pairs to a file in HDFS called Relative Key File (RFile) file. "
