Please delete the old incubator releases from

https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/mesos/

The download page 

http://mesos.apache.org/downloads/

will first need to be changed to remove the references to the incubator releases (are they really relevant any more?). Alternatively, change the links to point to the ASF archive server.
