Portlet ID.

Hi,
I have a doubt regarding Portlet ID . Will portlet IDs and entries IDs be
different for different Users? Suppose a user logins for the first time,
default turbine's profile will be copied. So now, if I retrieve the portlet
ID from this user's login, will it be same as the turbine's portlet ID?
 
If it is true, how to make portlet ID unique for different users even though
they login for the first time?
