"Template" module being renamed to "Example"

    Originally, this beast wasn't going to *do* anything, but just
    contain prototypes.  Since it has gotten a little more involved, the
    name "template" no longer seems to apply (even without Brian's
    concerns).  So I'm renaming it to mod_example instead as he and Dean
    suggested.  I'm tracking the module name with the host name, so the
    new location for this is
