Duplicate of Bug 6872.
SA 3.3 is incompatible with Net::DNS 0.69 and 0.71,
use Net::DNS 0.68, or 0.71 (or 0.72) - or use SpamAssassin from trunk.

Wrong query.
Should be:
dig -t txt 2.3.3.updates.spamassassin.org

Possibly a duplicate of Bug 6872,
check your version of Net::DNS, should be 0.68, or 0.71 or higher.
