Async responder - avro-2565

Hello,

I created a JIRA ticket to extend responder and httpserver to support async
responses (using continuations). I need this feature for a project and I
thought it could be a general purpose extension. If the group is interested
i can implement it as part of the core avro Java server. Thoughts?
