What is the class equivalent to DataObjectBase.java in SDO C++?

Frank is correct that there is no static interface in SDO for C++, hence we
don't have a need for a class like that.

DataObjectBase.java is the base class for static (generated) SDOs. I don't 
believe there is C++ static SDO support, so there is no equivalent in SDO 
C++.
