FW: Cannot assign requested address: JVM_Bind exception

Hi,

 

I am trying IP spoofing with JMeter. I have a text file with IP addresses to
be used and they are replaced at runtime as in the following image. 

 

But when I run this, it gives me the following error.

org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpMethodDirector: I/O exception
(java.net.BindException) caught when processing request: Cannot assign
requested address: JVM_Bind

 

JMeter version:  2.9

Implementation Type: HttpClient3.1

 

Can anyone please tell how can I solve this error.
