Karaf Cellar Session replication (Shiro sessions)

Hi everyone,

I want to use session replication with apache Shiro sessions. I succeeded in
putting the session in the hazelcast cache but it doesn't share it by
default with other nodes.

I saw that there is some documentation regarding using a web.xml
http://karaf.apache.org/manual/cellar/latest-4/#_http_session_replication

But I'm not using http sessions nor web.xml. What would be the way to go
using session replication without using web.xml?
