Portlet problems

Hi everyone!

I've been re-building from the beginning the binary distribution of the portal because I couldn't solve the problems that I mentioned in my last mail... So I thought, it could be the solution... Big mistake.

Everything went fine in this second attempt, all maven executions were "succesful". But when I accessed the portal for the first time with my browser at http:/localhost:8080/myportal, I get the following error message:

Failed to retrieve Portlet Definition for jetspeed-layouts::VelocityTwoColumnsFailed to retrieve Portlet Definition for jetspeed-layouts::VelocityTwoColumnsjava.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Cannot pass a null PortletDefinition to a PortletEntity

Well, I shutdown Tomcat and try it again. This time, I could get a little bit more far... but not much =/

-Portlets located on "column 0" at "default_page.psml" are displayed and seem to work properly; but those located on "column 1" crashed, getting the following error message:

Title Error: Cannot pass a null PortletDefinition to a PortletEntity.

Failed to retrieve Portlet Definition for j2-admin::LocaleSelectorFailed to retrieve Portlet Definition for j2-admin::LocaleSelectorjava.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Cannot pass a null PortletDefinition to a PortletEntity.Failed to retrieve Portlet Definition for j2-admin::LocaleSelectorFailed to retrieve Portlet Definition for j2-admin::LocaleSelector

This example refers to "LocaleSelector" but it's the same error i get for the rest of the portled situated on that column.

The problem mentioned in my last mail with the "Public folders" still persist (Error http 500 - Internal Server Error), as well as RSS Portlets. I can't check the login portlet since it does not work, but i suppose it would be still present in case it worked... So, there are even less portlets working in this second build than in the first one...

Any suggestions??

Thanks,

Enrique

PD: I'm using

Java --> 1.5

Maven --> 1.0.2       [I'm considering Maven 2.0.4...]

Tomcat --> 5.5.16

MySQL --> 5.0

Jetspeed --> 2.0
