[PR] remove github call [incubator-pekko-site]

This only affects the top level pages associated with this Git repo. It does not affect the main Pekko docs (for all the modules).
The GitHub repo link is not as useful on these pages either. It is a little more useful in the module docs.
If we come up with a good solution to https://github.com/apache/incubator-pekko-sbt-paradox/issues/110, we might be able to add back the links on these pages.

This seems intentional to me (https://privacy.apache.org/policies/website-policy.html), there is no reason we should signal to other sites that someone is visiting the pekko website.
