prob with installation on winNT

Hi everybody iam new 2 this site plz help me
When i run statup.bat
I get an error msg :
error relocation error : NULL relocation taget' has occurred in :
'org/apache/crimson/parser/Parser2.maybeComment (Z)Z' :Interpreting method

And it asks 2 report the error in detail 2 java.sun.com

Then a msg is flagged saying :
Starting service Tomcat-Apache
Apache Tomcat/4.0-b6

Can anyone tell me what 2 do PLZ plz ....

Well, you could do what the message says and report it to java.sun.com
:-).  However, it is a well-known issue already, so you don't really need
to do that.

This is a WARNING message from the JDK about not being able to optimize
the performance of the particular method in question.  It relates to the
JDK you are using and the XML parser, and has nothing in particular to do
with Tomcat.

You have the following choices:

* Ignore the message (it's only a warning, and does not impact
  behavior of Tomcat)

* Upgrade to JDK 1.3.1, and the message goes away.
